About Flying Fish Cove Winery

A winery located in the northern section of the Margaret River region. While not an owner of vineyards, the winery makes wine under contract for a growing number of local producers. Their first offerings have been very impressive for their clean well-made styles, featuring excellent expression of ripe fruit flavours.

Very deep brick red. Ripe black fruit aromas are prominent on the palate is firm balanced flavours with excellent integration of oak. Soft tannins and a very good persistence of flavour with a long aftertaste.
