About Ashbrook Estate

Ashbrook is one of the oldest producers in the Margaret River region and has a fine reputation for the production of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Shiraz, Semillon, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Riesling.

Ashbrook Estate Cabernet Merlot 2003
A blend of 80% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% each of Merlot and Cabernet Franc is complemented with two years storage in French Oak barriques. A complex bouquet and flavour of spice and berry fruits followed by the rich fruit characters, a firm mid palate with exceptional length and softness. This wine has considerable ageing potential as a result of the strong flavour and fineness of the tannins.

Very deep ruby red with hints of purple. Fresh attractive ripe spicy fruit aromas. The palate shows expansive plummy fruit very ripe intense and juicy with lovely soft mouth feel, long persistence and very attractive overall.
