About Scotts Brook
Scotts Brook is a boutique producer in the Blackwood Valley region. The first vines were planted in 1987 and include Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. Located south east of the town of Boyup Brook, the vineyard is set in picturesque rolling hills on well drained gravely loam soils with a mean temperature range, perfectly suited to viticulture. An uncompromising commitment to quality control combined with these conditions have largely contributed to the success of Scotts Brook wines to this time.

Scott's Brook Cabernet Sauvignon 2000
Deep crimson with purple hints. Fine aromas of oak abound with blackberry and chocolate characters. Again on the palate the fine oak integration balances well with ripe intense black fruit flavours. Beautifully finished by the excellent persistence of flavour. A very elegant and refined style. This wine has been awarded a gold medal already.
US $194.00 Per case of 12 bottles
