About Bouverie Wines
This vineyard was planted originally in 1968 and remains the second oldest producing vineyard in the Great Southern region. A small area of fine Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay is planted on this property which is located south west of the town of Mount Barker in the Great Southern region.

Bouverie Chardonnay 2001
Bright, medium straw in colour. Aromas of white peach and honey with fine oak. The palate is rich, full and expensive with fine integrated peach and melon fruit flavours in harmony with clean, firm acidity and a long flavoursome finish.Very limited production from aged vines.

Bouverie Cabernet Sauvignon 2003
Intense depth of colour with attractive aromas of ripe blackcurrant character. Very lively fresh blackcurrant flavours persist on the palate with gentle tannins and a clean long finish.
