About Jane Brook Estate Wines

Located in the Swan Valley region this winery also has a vineyard in the Margaret River region. Varieties produced include Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, Verdelho, Sauvignon Blanc, Shiraz, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Established in 1972, Jane Brook remains one of the major producers from the Swan Valley region.

Jane Brook Merlot 2007

Deep, black plum in colour. Fresh, herbaceous mulberry aromas are immediately impressive, followed by plum and mint notes and hints of cedary oak. Refined and elegant with hints of cinnamon and superb ripe fruit providing a soft and round mouthfeel. Already displaying excellent flavour development following 18 months maturation in French oak barriques.
